Between 2020 and 2023, we multiplied our revenue by 60, and are still expecting high growth in 2024. We are profitable and we intend to remain so.
We now help more than 20,000 websites worldwide get more revenue out of their ad inventory, including well known websites such as Dailymotion, Vinted, Le Bon Coin, Orange, Playwire (USA), PCH (USA) or NTT (JP).

Step 1

📞 HR screening

Meet our HRBP to discuss your background, your aspirations and motivations !

Step 2

✔️ Practical case

You will be most likely asked to conduct an asynchronous technical test or a live coding test depending on your profile and job. Do not worry though, we will guide you every step pf the way !

Step 3

📹 Manager Fit Interview

Meet your future manager, you will explore together both technical and interpersonal skills. It will also be the opportunity to assess the compatibility between you two !

Step 4

🎙️ Cross interview

An interview with another Adagian Manager will be scheduled at this stage. The goal is to get to know you even better on different aspects

Step 5

📝Culture Fit Questionnaire

In the process of getting to know you better we want to discover what values are essential to you in a work environment and will you thrive at Adagio ?
We will send you a questionnaire to do at home where you will discover Adagio's values and how and if they match yours !

Step 6

⭐️ Culture fit Interview

Once the GetPro culture fit questionnaire have been completed, an exchange with Margot, our Head of People will be scheduled. The goal is to understand your work habits, tyour ideal corporate culture and how it aligns with Adagio.
