๐Join our Finance team!
We're looking for a Junior Accounting & Admin Analyst to support the growing needs of our administrative, accounting, and legal operations.
This key role is essential to ensure smooth day-to-day financial and legal management, while also contributing strategically to cross-functional projects.
๐ฏ Your Main Responsibilities
๐น Administrative Management (40%)
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (updating internal processes, document organization, tracking financial flows)
- File and archive documents and contracts
- Set up and maintain internal databases
- Manage and monitor contracts and administrative documents
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Oversee general office services
๐น Financial & Accounting Management (30%)
- Manage sales administration and day-to-day accounting tasks
- Reconcile payments and perform bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows; follow up with clients and partners
- Contribute to the optimization of accounting and financial processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses
๐น Legal & Other Support (30%)
- Follow up on legal topics, in collaboration with legal experts when needed
- Organize and archive legal and administrative documents
- Monitor and ensure compliance with DPO and GDPR requirements
- Lead or support ad hoc projects

๐ค About You
๐ Masterโs degree (Bac+4/5) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Law
๐ข Minimum 1 year of experience (internship or full-time) in finance, accounting, or business operations
๐ซ๐ท Working proficiency in both French and English is required ๐ฌ๐ง
๐งพ Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
โ๏ธ Interest in legal topics, including contracts and GDPR compliance
๐ Proficiency in office tools and ability to structure and organize information clearly
๐ง Strong sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Once you have successfully completed and validated the remote technical test, you will move on to the following discussions:
Screening Interview (with HRBP, 30 min ๐)
Initiate the process with an in-depth conversation to understand your motivations. Ensure that your profile and aspirations align with Adagio.
Technical Test (asynchronous, 1h)
The test will be sent after validating the first test, Caroline, our HRBP, will send you the test directions via e-mail.
Manager Interview (with Finance Team, 1h30 ๐น)
Engage in an interview with your prospective manager to delve into your Practical case and assess the compatibility between you 2.
Culture Fit Interview (with Head of People, 45 min ๐๏ธ)
Exchange thoughts to gauge the extent of your fit with Adagioโs culture and gain insights into our company culture.
Co-founder Interview (with CEO, 30 min ๐)
Finally, meet our CEO. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about Adagioโs vision and to dive even deeper into the company culture.
