๐ข You have at least 3 years of experience in software development (Fullstack or Backend)
๐ You are strong in Go or willing to ramp-up fast
๐บ๏ธ You can navigate a broad technical environment, from application code to infra, data flows and observability๐ Skilled in debugging and optimizing performance, scalability and resiliency
๐ซ๐ท You are fluent in French and comfortable communicating with French-speaking stakeholders
๐บ๐ธ You are comfortable writing your code, commits, and documentation in English๐ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret internal and external feedbacks, data and metrics to drive informed decisions
๐ค You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating across teams, and contribute positively to group dynamics
๐ Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement mindset๐ข Working knowledge of basic development language & analytics tools

- Technical Test: You will be most likely asked to conduct an asynchronous technical test or a live coding test depending on your profile and job.
