📢 You have at least 3 years of experience in software development (Fullstack or Backend)
🌀 You are strong in Go or willing to ramp-up fast
🗺️ You can navigate a broad technical environment, from application code to infra, data flows and observability
🔍 Skilled in debugging and optimizing performance, scalability and resiliency
🇫🇷 You are fluent in French and comfortable communicating with French-speaking stakeholders
🇺🇸 You are comfortable writing your code, commits, and documentation in English
📉 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret internal and external feedbacks, data and metrics to drive informed decisions

Initiate the process with an in-depth conversation to understand your motivations. Ensure that your profile and aspirations align with Adagio.
At this stage, you will receive separate links for two assessments:
- Technical Test: You will be most likely asked to conduct an asynchronous technical test or a live coding test depending on your profile and job. Do not worry though, we will guide you every step of the way !
- Personality & Motivation Test: You’ll complete an AssessFirst test to help us understand your fit for the role and Adagio’s culture.
Engage in an interview with your prospective manager to delve into your Practical case and assess the compatibility between you 2.
Exchange thoughts to gauge the extent of your fit with Adagio’s culture and gain insights into our company culture.
Participate in an informal chat about work methods, mindset and collaboration across teams. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
